WHAT TYPE ON AN EVENT IS THIS?
This grand event caters to those looking for a fun and upscale new year's eve party. Whether you're from out of town or just around the corner, come experience for yourself the exciting and diverse mix of music, culture, sophistication, and charitable causes at this landmark event! Please look at our pictures and/or watch our video to get a better feel on what to expect. This event is for the 21 and over only, 23+ preferred.
WHAT DOES MY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET INCLUDE?
Your GA ticket includes ALL of the following:
- Admission and access to all general rooms and entertainment
- All your beverages (please remember to tip, though!)
WHAT DOES A VIP TICKET INCLUDE?
Everything that a General Admission ticket offers, and:
- VIP Sectioned off areas in the main USA room and in EUROPE , with private bartenders
- No waits in will call lines, go straight to the VIP line at the main entry
- VIP Restrooms
- Complimentary and expedited VIP coat check
WHAT ARE THE EVENT HOURS?
Event begins at 9pm, and ends a little before 2am.
I ORDERED MY TICKETS ONLINE, HOW AND WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
*WILL CALL: Pickup is from 5p-1a on 12.31 in the "Tower Salon A" room on the lobby level at the Westin St. Francis. Will Call Entrance is via Post street, about 80 yards from the main Post Street entrance.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PICKUP MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL?
ALL GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS WILL BE HELD AT WILL CALL. Please bring your picture ID and order # (you may also bring a copy of the confirmation email that was sent to the email address you provided) If you received the ticket as a gift, please bring a photocopy of the purchaser's id to retrieve your tickets. Will Call line is on Post Street
I ALREADY HAVE MY PRE-SALE TICKET, SHOULD I WAIT IN THE WILL CALL LINE?
If you already have your pre-sale ticket, you will not need to wait in the will-call line. Please enter through our "ticket holder" lines on Post Street with your pre-sale ticket.
Before 10p, the General Admission lines forms to the left of entry towards Powell St. After 10p the line forms to the right. (the left side becomes the smoking section).

I PURCHASED A TICKET BUT CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE EVENT ANYMORE - WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Sorry to hear that you won't be able to make it. As mentioned there are no refunds, but you have 3 main options:
- You may transfer your ticket(s) to someone else via the following steps: http://tinyurl.com/k4pp84g
- You may have someone else pickup/use your ticket by giving them a photocopy or camera phone image of your ID (your name/city must be visible).
- You may pickup your ticket early on the day of the event (starting at 5p) to give to your guest
DOES IT MATTER WHICH HOST/ORG I PURCHASE MY TICKETS FROM?
There is no difference which host/organization you purchase through. Please select the host/org who invited you. Each ticket will be valid for 1 admission to this grand event!
IF I'M STAYING AT THE HOTEL DO I STILL NEED A TICKET?
Yes, all guests will need a ticket to enter the event.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
We do expect for this event to sell out. A limited number of tickets will be held at the door for sale beginning at 5pm on the day of the event. These prices will be higher than the last pre-sale admission price listed online.
WHAT IS A HOSTED BAR, WHICH BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED?
All beverages are included with your admission ticket. Premium Vodka (belvedere) & other spirits will be served. Please drink responsibly & have a designated driver if you are driving to/from the event that evening. You are limited to 2 drinks per order for each visit to the bar. Absolutely no intoxicated persons will be served any liquor. Please understand that although this is a hosted bar, lines will be longer during peak hours.
*including belvedere vodka, hennessy cognac, cuervo tequila, tanqueray gin, johnnie walker scotch whisky, myer's platinum run, seagram's 7 whisky , wines, beers, waters, & more
WILL THERE BE ANY FOOD AT THE EVENT?
Food is not included with the price of your admission ticket. Please have your New Year's Dinner prior to coming to the event. The Westin may be selling some finger foods on premises on that night.
WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK AVAILABLE?
Yes, coat check will be available for a small fee (complimentary for VIP ticket holders).
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED?
There will be 7 rooms of music on the main/2nd levels playing a mix of Top 40, dance, house, 70s/80s/90s, rock, hip-hop, mashup/ alternative, international, and 2 live bands.
WILL THERE BE GENERAL SEATING AT THE EVENT?
General seating, if available, will be EXTREMELY limited. If you'd like a reserved table, please view our VIP table options.
WHERE DO I ENTER THE PARTY FROM?
The entrance to the party will be from the Post Street entrance. This will be the only entrance into the party.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are several parking garages in the area. We’d recommend parking in the Sutter/Stockton garage one block up and over. It should be $1/hour
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Formal attire: Black Tie Requested. Dresses, tuxes (suits ok). No jeans, t's, etc. No refunds for those not in dress code.
WILL THERE BE SMOKING ALLOWED?
There will be an outdoors smoking section provided for our guests starting at around 10:30p. No smoking will be permitted inside the facility - anyone smoking inside will be immediately escorted off premises.
